Get started

  • Charge the Power Station with the included wall charger, which will take 6-7 hours; using a car charger in the lighter port, which will take 7-8 hours; or with Duracell’s Solar Panel (sold separately), which will take around 7 hours depending on the weather.
  • The LCD screen will display the battery level and indicate which ports are ready to connect your devices to the DC, USB, and AC port options.
  • Recharge every 3-6 months when storing; store in a cool and well-ventilated environment away from water, heat, and flammable gases.

AVOID this company and product

I bought this on their website where it suggested the solar panel but upon receiving says to contact support to get an additional thing to use them together. It was terribly misleading on the website, still shows and suggests it as if it’s made to work together. I called 3x and emailed and no one is willing to help me solve this, it’s always someone else they can’t connect you to or forward your email to. TERRIBLE customer service, I’d stay away. If this is the lack of help you get with a new item, I doubt you’d get any help at all with something down road. What a waste of time and money.

I got this for my brother and he loves it.I bought a smaller one from you before , and it was great, this is bigger and will last longer before having to recharge. His electric goes out everytime there's a storm, so this comes in handy.
