Warranty

Duracell provides a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for Duracell Portable Power Stations, Portable Charging Hubs, and Solar Panels under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original end-user when any of the products are purchased from an authorized seller that is located within the US and is used within the US.  Keep a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.  The limited warranty applies only when products are used following the operating instructions. This limited warranty does not cover: (1) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or external causes; (2) damage caused by unauthorized servicing of any of the products; or (3) normal wear and tear.  Duracell’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product.

The original end-user acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Duracell is not liable for damage or loss from using any products or for any claim from a third party.
  • Duracell is not liable for problems with any electronic devices or home appliances or any other hardware arising from the use of any Products, the suitability of any of the Products for specific hardware, software, or peripherals, operating conflicts with other installed software, data loss, or other accidental or unavoidable damages.
  • Duracell is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or financial damages, lost products, or claims from third parties resulting from using any products.
